Implant supported over-dentures, are a full set of dentures placed into the mouth on a clip.  Similar to the full-arch fixed bridge, implants are placed within the mouth in order to support the over-denture.  There is one main difference between the full-arch fixed bridge and the implant supported over-denture; the fixed bridge remains in place and the over-dentures can be removed as needed.  Even though the over-dentures are removable, they are still stable and sturdy since they are clipped into the dental implants.
